Adams Rehab Solutions LLC is a family owned and operated clinic that has been providing rehab services in the Flagler Beach and Palm Coast area since 1998. Our owner and lead therapist, Thomas Adams, has established for himself an exceptional reputation built over 20 years as an industry leader in Physical Therapy. We pride ourselves on the quality and depth of services we offer; in particular, the one-on-one therapy sessions provided for all our patients that have proven immensely popular and highly successful.

Thomas Adams, MPT

As former Head of Rehab for Florida Hospital Flagler, Thomas. Adams has over 21 years of experience and is renowned for his dedication and commitment.

Favorite injury to work on: I have always enjoyed helping people get back to their best self. However, if I had to choose, I would say shoulders. So many different things can be going on with a shoulder injury. It could be the same diagnosis, but everyone is different.

Eric Adams, PTA

Eric Adams joined the ARS team after serving in the Marine Corps.

Favorite injury to work on is low back and spinal injuries without a doubt.

Trevor Oxholm, Manager

He is our resident Canadian. Trevor oversees all our
insurance, scheduling, and office management.
